Message	In BC, we typically drive 10km/h over the limit and you're usually fine, unless they're doing radar and quota hungry. In WA, I've been pulled over a many times for 10mp/h over the limit. You think you'd learn, but I guess the tickets never really hurt my pocket. They're SO CHEAP there.
